Domestic

Within the UK we work with Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For service, and for heavier parcels - DPD Door to Door.

We aim to get your garments to you within 5 working days.

As we’re a small operation here at COA - please be patient with us. Rest assured we’re doing our best. :)

International

For orders outside of the UK - we’ll be working with UPS tracked & signed.

Please expect your parcel to take time to get to you.

We aim to ship your garments within 5 working days from when you placed your order - but once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and we’ll hand over the timeframes to UPS :)

We’d estimate this could take up to 14 days. If you still haven’t received your parcel after this time, and the tracking number doesn’t provide any clarity, please contact us.

All orders are currently shipped from the U.K meaning you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge.
